  • How can I access the portal?

    To get access to the portal you need to be registered. If you are not yet registered, click on the form field Service registration and fill out all the fields required.

    Attention!
    It's necessary to check your codice fiscale to go on entering the data. Once you have completed the registration, you will receive the confirmation by e-mail at your corporate mail account. By clicking at the link you will access directly the portal. If you are already registered, you just need to sign in with your corporate mail and the password you have chosen and click on Sign in.

  • How does the system work?

    To get access to the service is enough to dial the toll-free number and communicate to our operators your PNR, provided to you during the registration phase to the portal. You can choose the happening to which you want to participate, confirming your purchase by phone. The only methods of payment accepted are Credit Card and Debit Card.

  • Once I booked, how will I get the ticket?

    At the end of the purchasing procedure you can choose between having the tickets delivered at a given address or collect them directly at the event. In case you choose to have them delivered at a personal address, the tickets will be sent by pony express with an additional shipment cost. Instead, if you decide to pick them at the event, you will receive an e-mail, which you will have to print and hand in to the ticket-office of the event.

  • How does the service work?

    To use the service you need to click and choose between the types of washing, dry and water washing, and select the quantity of clothes you want to wash, enjoying the discounts reserved to Tetra Pak's employees. The payment will be made in cash directly to the laundry operator, at delivery time.
